This extension adds new quad any/all operations, requires that derivatives are well-defined in quad-uniform control flow, and adds the ability to require helper invocations participate in group operations.

If the PhysicalDeviceShaderQuadControlFeaturesKHR structure is included in the pNext chain of the PhysicalDeviceFeatures2 structure passed to getPhysicalDeviceFeatures2, it is filled in to indicate whether each corresponding feature is supported. PhysicalDeviceShaderQuadControlFeaturesKHR can also be used in the pNext chain of DeviceCreateInfo to selectively enable these features.
