futun: Simple IP-over-UDP tunnel using TUNTAP

Futun is a simple IP-over-UDP tunnel for minimal-setup tunneling. It uses the TUN/TAP http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TUN/TAP device and works on GNU/Linux and Mac OS X.
