Clash.Normalize.Strategy.Spec
Description
The normalization strategies, as pure Clash.Rewrite.StrategyDSL values.
Clash.Normalize.Strategy compiles normalizationSpec and
constantPropagationSpec into the executable normalization
and constantPropagation; Clash.Normalize
compiles flattenSpec into the flattening strategy of flattenCallTree.

Normalisation transformation. The argument is the name of the compiled
