sessiontypes-distributed: Session types distributed

This package serves as a wrapper over both the Cloud Haskell library (distributed-process) and the sessiontypes library. It provides an interpreter for evaluating session typed programs to Cloud Haskell programs and exposes several combinators for spawning sessions.
