sednaDBXML: Sedna Native XML Binding

Sedna is a free native XML developed by the Institute for System Programming RAS database. Sedna provides a full range of core database services - persistent storage, ACID transactions, security, indices, hot backup. Flexible XML processing facilities include W3C XQuery implementation, tight integration of XQuery with full-text search facilities and a node-level update language. This package provides language bindings and (will) provide a clean, sensible monadic interface to the (established) underlying C library. Sedna Home Page: http:/www.sedna.org

SednaDBXML is a Haskell library and a binding to
the C language drivers of sedna native XML
Database System.

This software is in an extremely early state. The
low level c bindings are still being established
and work on the higher level abstractions have yet
to begin.

Please keep an eye on this repository and watch
for changes. In the mean time, checkout the sedna
homepage http://www.sedna.org/ and try some of the
other excellent language bindings for sedna.
