command-qq: Quasiquoters for external commands

Features:

• Quasiquotation syntax for external commands:

[sh| echo hello world! |]

• Easy way to define custom quasiquoters (see examples/CustomQQ.hs)

ghci = QQ.quoter $ QQ.callCommand "ghc" ["-ignore-dot-ghci", "-e"]

• Can embed Haskell variables in scripts
